The Firm’s History
Founded in 1986 by Joseph M. Balocco, Sr., our Firm established itself as a force in the South Florida’s real estate market by representing residential, commercial and developer interests. Further confirmation of our unwavering presence in the local real estate market occurred in 1993, when the Firm was hired to represent Barnet Bank, Florida’s largest financial institution at the time.
A significant milestone in the Firm’s growth occurred in 2001 when Joseph M. Balocco, Sr. became Caveat Real Estate Council for the School Board of Broward County, Florida and the Caveat Real Estate Council for Lauderhill. In 2003, Joseph M. Balocco, Jr., joined the Firm, and in 2013, the Firm expanded as the law office of Joseph M. Balocco, Jr., P.A., under his leadership.
